The Dashboard is your personalized starting point. It greets you by name with the current period, then fills with stat tiles and cards shaped by your role and by whether your account is linked to a consultant profile. A consultant sees only their own slice; reviewers additionally see the queues they owe decisions on.
Stat tiles
Tiles appear only when your role can see them:
- Team - how many consultants are allocated versus on bench.
- Active missions - the active missions, noting any assignments ending soon.
- Awaiting review - counts of timesheets, time off and expenses waiting on you, or “queue is clear”.
- My assignments - your assignments, with the next end date or an ongoing marker.
- My time off pending - your requests awaiting a decision.
Cards by situation
Cards appear according to your position:
- Needs review - for decision-makers: the timesheets, time-off requests and expenses waiting on you, grouped with a link into each review surface. Reads “All caught up” when there is nothing to do.
- Allocation - for team views: where the team is staffed right now, with bench chips and a Manage link to Missions.
- Ending soon - shown to operations and executive (hidden from reviewers): assignments wrapping up within the next 14 days.
- At-risk budgets - for business roles: active missions trending over their planned budget, ranked by forecast margin.
- Your timesheet, My time off and My assignments - for users with a linked consultant profile.
First run
An empty workspace offers Add a consultant, Create a mission, and Open your timesheet. If your account has no linked consultant profile, the dashboard tells you to ask an administrator to link one.
