The Users page, reachable from the Administration section of the sidebar, is limited to administrators. Its subtitle states the job plainly: everyone with access to this account. Membership is administered entirely here - inviting, editing, revoking pending invites, and resetting passwords.

Finding users

The list shows every member with Name, Email, and Role, including yourself. Narrow it with the Search users... box or the All roles role filter.

Inviting and pending invitations

Raise new memberships with Invite a teammate; the full flow, including expiry and revocation, is described in Inviting your team. Below the list, the Pending invitations section gathers the invites that have not been accepted yet, each with a Revoke action.

User detail

Open a row to see the user’s detail page:

• Member since - when the user joined the account.
• Consultant profile - a View consultant profile link when one is linked, or No linked consultant profile.
• Edit user - update this user’s identity and access, including their role. The role decides what the person sees in the app; see Roles and access.
• Security card - Send password change link sends a single-use, short-lived link to the user’s email to set a new password. The link expires after one hour, and redeeming it signs the user in. Redeeming one link also supersedes any other outstanding link issued for the same user.

Opening a user who no longer belongs to the account shows: this user does not exist or no longer belongs to this account.

Linking to a consultant profile

There is deliberately no consultant-linking control on this page. Linking a user to a consultant profile - and unlinking them - is done from the consultant side, on the profile itself. See Consultant profiles.
